Graduation--FINALLY!!!

Here are a few pics from Corey's graduation. We are so excited that he has finally graduated! He has worked so hard. I am so proud of him. We are looking forward to what the Lord has in store for us in the next part of our journey together. We are moving to Birmingham next week so I probably won't be posting for a little while as we move in and get settled. I will post a few more pictures of the house before we move though.

Rosemary Beach--May 12, 2008

My mom and dad decided to take us all to the beach to celebrate the end of another school year for Jennifer and Corey's graduation. We went to Rosemary Beach, FL. This is a small community just outside of Destin that Corey and I went to on our honeymoon and fell in love with. It is so quiet and feels so private. The beaches are gorgeous. We had a wonderful time. Jennifer's boyfriend Ryan got to come along with us. Mom booked us an awesome house to stay in while we were there. My mom and dad are wonderful in the kitchen and on the grill. They cooked every meal at the house all week--needless to say we all ate to our heart's content, the food was awesome! This was a great time for our family to spend some time together as lots of things will be changing in the coming weeks with our move fast approaching. I am so blessed to have such a great family, who all get along so well. As you can see from some of our pictures we had a blast!

Moving to Birmingham

As many of you know we are leaving Mississippi. We are in the process of moving to Birmingham for Corey to begin residency at UAB. This is such an exciting time. So much has happened in the last two months it is overwhelming. We found out in March that we matched at UAB. Then we sold our house in April, moved in with Jennifer, and have now found a house in Birmingham. The house we found is being built and won't be finished until sometime in June (around the same time that Corey has to start working). Here are some pics of the house in progress.
